Rail Profiling Systems use high speed imaging technology with lasers and templates of ideal rail profiles to make measurements on rail wear.

EnVision uses high definition forward facing driver's view cameras, and associated automated image understanding software for asset surveying, detection and scene analysis for vegetation cover.

Rail Profiling Systems use high speed imaging technology with lasers and templates of ideal rail profiles to make measurements on rail wear.
The system measures a range of wear parameters at high speeds with Rail Vision's TrackVue unit and data is processed through its Infusion software. Laser measurements can be adapted to measure plate cutting and other rail/sleeper interface parameters.
